Has nothing to do with 'balls' it's about managing the perception of risk and fear, it is purely cognitive. 🙄 These guys have the ability to suppress the perception of fear which is an incredible mental feat. Has nothing to do with 'bravado' ut rather mathematical and logical thinking. The ability to calculate speed over distance while in the air while suppressing the urge to freeze-up in fear is amazing.

He confirmed to the medics that he can feel his toes before being airlifted to hospital. No way he will cleared to return to the mountain for competition. That 60ft vertical drop was just a step to far even though he landed the drop, the impact was always gonna pitch him off the bike. For those who hasn't seen the height of the drop checkout the build up coverage with Matt Jones standing at the landing point. Definitely Josh Bender big hit territory.
