Hospital has been built long time ago check it out with the name of Hôpital Matlaboul Fawzény de Touba And a university is under construction also funded by the same Brotherhood. Many more that I can't list it there. In the Holy City of Touba no one pays Water bill , it's free.

@@azomboup Nice! Am a medic and I can tell you that the situation in senegal is horrible. I saw a surgery that has been canceled because there wasn t special surgical clothes. Surgery withou monitor to see if pacient is breathing and heart is beating because there e was no electricity and no generator. You already know that many women die on the road to hospital to give birth because there are no ambulances....I think that god doesn t need all this crazy expensive stuff. Am atheist but...he listen to prayers whether you are in an expensive mosque or under a tree. Senegal should have priorities ! Build the biggest hospital in Africa instead of mosques. Yes they are building a University but am quite sure there will be a big emphasis on Islamic studies. One other thing that is really unjust, they should pay fee like any other Senegalese, let s stop that inner discrimination,ethnicity and secticism. The biggest mafia in Senegal is ruled by politicians and religious people from Touba. Politicians give money to Touba...that accept that dirty money from other Senegaleses paying taxes ( my father pays 600 000fcfa in taxes ). Touba only import from USA,GB and other countries, they don't stimulate industries...only killing them. So sorry man...I know what is happening. I belong to serigne Touba's mother family. Changed cherif chamsdine diakhate to Alexandre because of the growth of terrorism.
