29:43 That road where it crosses the railway should be 2 lanes each way probably as it is either side of the level crossing. Maybe it would also be good to have a grade separation there as it is now a major highway crossing a major train line.

The only way i was able to actually make money on public transit in cs1 was to edit the upkeep costs down a chunk with mods.

Check the actual residents in the houses complaining about rent. There's a known bug that has literal children living alone in the house and obviously the child has no way of paying rent so they complain that the rent is too high. I wonder if this is a bug that lets the child mortgage a home on their own or if the kids parents died and because there's no orphanage in the game the kid just ends up living alone? Very silly game if it's the first one, very dark game if it's the second.
