Seniac you might want to turn on weather effects, that way you can actually make it snow, and use snow dump

Don't forget about schools, police stations, fire departments, clinics, etc. Also add paths in every block of the residential areas. It makes it a little more realistic. And please connect the two diagonal roads towards the corner of the park to make it seem a little less planned!

seniac, you should reclaim the bit of land on the right side of the map but you should do it like they did in the Netherlands by walling the edge of the shallow area off and pump the rest of the water out that's left in the newly created lake and then that becomes a lowland that exists below the sea level (I think it would be cool)

maybe try placing tiny radius roundabouts as the culdesacks? you would need a custom one lane zone-able road with path on only one side, but it would work..

Seniac you need to look at your shipping lane. They come out of the harbour, travel in one direction then do a U turn to go all the way back past the harbour 53:06 to about 53:15.

For the cul-de-sacs, you can use move-it mod and move some of the zoned houses into a semi circle around the end. Or you can get the "Plop the growables" mod and use find it to find house assets and literally "plop" the houses where you want.. Or get the RICO mod and.. you get the gist you fool!!
