Dr. Doug THANK YOU for making this video! My Furler🐇 is 10 years old and for several months now has been leaning heavily to his right while resting like Mello (though not with the severe lower body issues). As a 10+ year chiropractic patient myself, I love that you explained all the adjustments and contacts you made for Mello. And that you're so gentle with such delicate creatures. Mello's videos gave me clues as to what might be causing Furler his pain. He stretches his right arm all the way forward while lounging on the floor and resists me pushing his arm back underneath his body. 😢 After watching, I felt around Furler's neck and shoulder region for knots and tightness (he loves massages along his spine). Somewhere under his left scapula we felt and heard a sharp click (😬unintentional; he twitched slightly and then immediately relaxed). Then he gave me kisses too. 💕 Furler and Mello are kindred spirits. If you were in south Texas Furler and I would come to see you in a heartbeat! 🙏 Please continue to make rabbit videos whenever you're able! They would be such a blessing to the house rabbit community. *Subscribed*

Rabbits can live up to 10 plus years, but often get hip and leg problems in older age. Watching you work on Mellow, you can see him starting to groom when you adjust some points, but I love that when you fed him the pellets, he licked your hand! This is a huge sign of trust, you're already his friend, he looks so relaxed with you. Feel better, little bun, you are so sweet ❤

Arwh, poor little guy. I had two pet rabbits as a kid and one of them developed rear end lameness as an old man as well. Not sure, if we were ever told, what caused it (if so, I've forgotten), but we finally had to put him down. He would just struggle to try and get up and move about over and over again...it was really heartbreaking. He had a good, long life, roaming our large garden and terrorising the neighborhood cats, though. True story. He would just blithely hop up to them, as they were crossing through and they would inevitably flee in confusion 😅. Hope little Mellow got some relief from his session...I certainly enjoyed the ASMR like quality of you talking to him so softly!

And I hope when I finally find one I hope it will be a good one like this guy because when she meets anyone I liked how you handled her cause ALOT of people I feel think it's ok to jump to things with them and their sensitive. Hopefully once I find the right person to do hers in Jersey I just hope it will expand her life too. When my little girl does her binky hops is right when she knows her dad's not here so she gets to sleep in the bed with me she goes crazy.
