SENIOR GOLFER best TRAINING AID How SIMPLE can we get the GOLF swing

Sometimes the simple things are the best!!! Golf Made Simple is my mantra!
This training aid has certainly created a stir on my channel and socials! After using it in several videos, I was asked how to make it. In this video, I show you the component parts you need and how to assemble them.
Then it's a matter of following the demonstration to swing the ball backward and forwards in a coordinated way. Once you get used to the feeling and have control over the ball then it’s just a matter of adding a bit more speed at the bottom of the swing so that your distance starts to increase.

Great tool for sure and if done properly the string which lays across your back and the ball will touch the same area each time. Plus teaches you how to apply the power because if done improperly you will get instant feed back with an uncontrolled string and ball. I am writing down the videos that focus on myself for after my back surgery is done and I can start moving again. Still in the setting up a date stage but it will happen I hope in mid to late June. A pencil and pen have a long memory and I can tend to forget those super videos I feel are best for me! Thank you for all you do on here Julian and Jo you two rock!

I have collected the required parts & will make it tomorrow morning. You swung it using only your right hand. Do you recommend also using the aid holding the grip with your normal two handed grip? Thank you for your tip.

Not really Alan, I’ve tried it and the benefits seem to come thick and fast using just 1 hand

I would say use both, difficult to use this though if you’ve not got rhythm and coordination 👍
