How did I miss this video? So good and helpful! No matter how much effort I put into the audio, I do get some comments from friends that I could work better on the audio quality. This video comes as a savior for moi. The XSW-D seems to be portable, efficient, and 5 hours recording time is just great! Thanks for sharing! Loved everything about this video. This is a great entry level system that provides outstanding quality. It's Plug and play tech gives amazing results. However, if you're on a budget there are ways you can still get great audio! If you purchase a lavalier microphone that can be plugged into your phone, you can record your voice this way and then sync it with your video in post. It is a bit more messy and takes longer, but your sound quality will improve. Thanks as always for watching Sam. Have a great week 😀

It's really affordable compared to other systems, but for a normal everyday consumer this has to be the next big thing if you really want to improve your audio quality. Thanks as always for taking the time to watch, have a great week :)

We are always looking into improving sound on our videos.. Our camera doesn't have a plug in for an external mic so something like this might work for us.. We will definitely check it out!

I’ve just bought an external mike, but I have to plug it into my phone or iPad. I’ll have to investigate if there is a wireless version. My outdoor audio is shocking, and often makes footage useless.

Audio is one of the most important things especially when shooting outdoors due to inclement weather that could cause background noise and spoil your whole video. No it's not an affiliate link we don't do those! Hopefully that should help eliminate any noise as the sound would be recorded direct to your iPad. I've not looked on Amazon to see if they sell that product, just looked on the Sennheiser site..... Hope the info helps 😀
