Those arent Sennheiser earphones, ironically. They look like some custom molded in ear monitors. If I would have to guess, I'd say they're something from JH Audio based on the connector design.

Its called backing tracks🙂 im pretty sure they have not come to an agreement, for the bass player to appear hear, another case is that bass line was digitally mixed on midi and not recorded live.

They're miming: there's no bass player on stage but a bass guitar is driving the song and the drums aren't miked. Vocals might be live but I doubt it. Pretty cheap for a video sponsored by a company that makes mics.
