I said what I said to support Juan's excitement and I have to say I am excited every time I listen to senri play, every new video. This is art, there is no best, phenomenal would be a better choice of words. I love and respect every name you've mentioned in your list and have listened to most of them.

Technically outstanding....but sounds soul-less, time to look at the likes of Simon Phillips or some of the older drummers...maybe it's lack of experience and youthfulness

If by "soul-less" you mean less clean and a bit more "feeling" slop, I disagree. Senri's style is a combination of jazz/fusion, techni/rock and even some good old American metal with all that double-bass tossed in. She's a heavy hitter for such a tiny female. Her transitions are flawless 99.9% of the time and she has the most bad-ass one-handed rolls on the Tom's that I've ever seen. Sure, she does some tricks solely for the "wow" factor, but they're always tasteful and perfectly relative to her solos. Don't be hatin' on our girl because she's better than the rest of us. Enjoy the fruits of her hard work and tenacity. She's an absolute marvel and a joy to watch.

No NO NO NO NO NO No she is not the best drummer on the planet. She is AMAZING by but FAR not even close. Hell her master is 10x's better than her and he isn't even close to the top of the top of the drumming world. There are old school drummers Buddy , Weckl, Chambers , Vinnie , to name a few that are light years above her. And a miriade of new drummers that are set to take the torch from the old ones. She is amazing but not even close to the top.
