I used to be hella depressed and have procrastination issues but I’ve realized that as long as u move foward in any aspect of your life you aren’t doing too bad, I do not know your circumstances but I’ve been thru a lot of shit. And how I deal with it is i just simply keep going, I work a lot but my money isn’t well spent I still have problems with that, but I still keep going, it sounds easy when I say it, but it’s hard. It definitely is but as long as you’re breathing and I have food and electricity I’d say you’re doing okay in the physical aspect of life , and as long as u push yourself to keep fighting and keep going, on an emotional scale eventually it will help you out. I’ve been there I understand, I just hope this helped you somewhat
