One thing that I think you overlooked a bit was Profeta putting his battleships and carrier in range of B-copters when he was close to black storm because if Dumpling attacked them they would do 2 damage and build up the Black Storm then have the damage nullified.

I don’t play HF anymore but going up against Sensei was absolutely brutal. Profeta was amazing at his defense and patience, being down so much income ain’t easy!

I don't understand why Sensei didn't build a single bomber during this game - I know Sensei copters are OP, but a bomber would be a threat to those battleships and neos, and forcing opponent to build a fighter is good when you have income advantage. A bomber would be especially good on the turn where airborne assault cleared Hawke's anti-airs

Unit cap of 75 against Sensei is absurd. You're guaranteed to be at a disadvantage on unit count, overwhelmingly likely to be at income disadvantage soon after, and joining units basically turns Sensei into Colin with better firepower. Profeta played almost flawlessly, whereas dumpling got weirdly timid at key moments where he should have gone for the overwhelm. I feel that in a scenario where both players avoid mistakes, Sensei wins this CO matchup on this map every time.
