Steven Seagal is the baddest asskicker I’ve ever seen. He makes it look so easy. Guys are always ending up on the floor while he ends up standing up.

Da questo video apprendo con personale profonda tristezza , e peggio, di quanto sia importante la salute delle mani in un'uomo. Attraverso queste tecniche di difesa e , eventuale attacco, si comprende quanto sia efficace e benefica la conoscenza di questa arte marziale,( aime che non la pratico, perché appunto un'altro sport sento che me lo abbia impedito) anche a livello psicologico, presumo, tanto e tanto positiva. Il fatto solo di poter rinviare, ... ( ... e ce n'è bisogno ... ) con queste arti , l'estrema ratio , fa dei proprietari e dei diffusori di queste Discipline, curiosamente; delle Buone e Brave Persone.

As someone who has trained in multiple styles, i can yell you the techniques themselves are valid. The reaction by the attacker is melodramtic though, and may require more offensive technique to really complete the exchange.

funny how all these movie tough guys have made this kind of shit famous when i've never heard of any of 'em ever getting into a real fight. the best martial arts movies i've seen were short clips of ordinary people who actually did put it to use in real settings & won w clear victory.
