Kendrick Lamar is currently in production with a bi-racial man, Vernon Chatman, who is writing a script about a current day black man who is an intern re-enacting an enslaved man in today’s world. It is also being produced by Matt Stone and Trey Parker(SouthPark). I don’t think anyone associated with this project grew up in the black community or black family except Lamar and one other person. This I see as a way to ridicule black Americans and cover it up as satire. All the memes and images that will come from this show I’m sure will harm the black community.
