I'm a native Spanish speaker and to be honest I love it. I also speak fluent English because I was raised in florida, I laugh at the thought of buddy speaking Spanish, bu the lyrics in Spanish are amazing. I would also assume that real fans that speak Spanish as their 1st language won't rage at his accent, because although it is prominent and you can tell he doesn't speak Spanish, you can feel his passion through his voice.

I listened to an interview that buddy did over the phone and be said he wanted this album to sound dark and feel like disparity but the lyrics to the songs be so positive and hopeful. He said he wanted every aspect of the band to change and where he sees the band going is changing as well.

holy shit. senses fail has basically done the opposite of most bands in a sense that they are getting heavier and more raw over time. i'm loving this shit. don't get me wrong, let it enfold you and depths of dreams were amazing and whatnot, but the fire, follow your bliss, and now this is where i feel senses fail is starting to put out their best stuff.

Judging Renacer by this title track, it seems relaxed. Not stressed at all. Sure there's some screaming, but it's different than usual. The love mentioned in this song isn't love gone wrong. It seems to describe a passion. It's like Buddy's saying "I love doing what I do. I don't care about anything else, I'm happy."

I wouldn't say they're the only one, but I definitely think that's the mark of a good band that's willing to grow artistically. I've been listening to Senses Fail for a while, but I don't think I ever really took them seriously as artists, and for me that changed when this song came out and I saw that they were willing to take risks, to put some thought into what their sound is like and what they'd like it to be, and to improve their music.

Life is not a Waiting Room had a "sick" feeling to it. The lyrics spoke of diseases and failures. It was more like "Life sucks hard, but I'm not giving up". The Fire was probably my favorite of all. It seemed like the most enlightened album they've ever recorded. It pretty much screamed "Life might be a bit hard, but by pulling through, you'll learn to love it". The Follow Your Bliss EP seemed like a surfy-wavy-inspired version of The Fire. It was all "I know what life is, and I'm happy now".

I hate when people say that they've sucked since Still Searching. Yeah, they're different. Buddy was like 18 when Depths of Dreams came out; he isn't going to be the same person. Artist are people and people change. They're still amazing and they really aren't even the same band, but the music is still just as real. Senses Fail is my favorite band because I never know what they're going to do next and it keeps me interested. I don't want to hear Let It Enfold you for 5 albums straight.
