Why is it that the values of a, b, c and d are to the power of a positive number? In my physical properties table in Elementary Principles of Chemical Engineering, they are to the power of positive numbers.

i think it might say "a x 10^3" and "b x 10^5" etc. but if you rearrange to solve for a and b respectively then you divide by 10^3 and 10^5 respectively so then a = ....x10^-3 and b = ....x10^-5 etc.

The 3.593x10^(-12) should be over 4.

Thank you for finding that error. The calculation was completed correctly, but I will make a change to note that correction.

why didn't we use steam tables (table B.7 in Felder.Rousseau book) to find the change in specific enthalpies
