Earlier my face looked dry and dull all the time, even upon waking. But after I did some research and made some adjustments, my face started glowing in just a few weeks. Here is what I did: I ate a balanced diet including items such as lentils, bread, green vegetables, and rice. This helped nourish my body from the inside. I used a face wash with the right pH level and had black rice water. I opted for the Litlextraa riceberrry face wash, and it worked wonders for my skin. I formed it a regular practice to drink at least 2 liters of water daily. I exercised on a daily basis, this made me sweat and removed impurities from my body.

Hello doctor. I have oily acne prone skin and i use salicylic acid face wash regularly. Also i use non comedogenic products as my moisturizer and sunscreen but i have been getting one or two pimples all the time, they heal in about a week but leave a dark spot behind which takes months to fade. And once one pimple goes another pops up. I was planning to start adapalene. How would you suggest i incorporate adapalene (adaferin gel) in my routine
