We as imperfect human beings know that torturing people is wrong, so much so that civilization overcame it even for the worst criminals, but we are to believe that a Loving God would not only torture but torture with a kind of suffering that there are no words to discribe and for eternity a being that he created. @@jordanp3470 No, according to the doctrine preached by this brand os Catholicism, the punishment in hell is a direct act of God, and the demons are tortured too. Don’t try to brush problem under the rug with this simplistic answers. They teach as well that almost everybody goes to hell except a few handful of extremely saintly people (themselves I guess ), in line with the teachings of S. Leonard of Port Maurice.

How much I have prayed that a homily like this was spoken in my church. God Bless this True and Faithful Shepherd who is trying to save his flock. I have never heard this preached in person. It proves the internet is neither good nor evil..It has allowed me to listen to sermons like this. Thank you and God Bless you. 🙏🙏 for all the Priests not shepherding their flocks to Heaven... But no true Catholic, in obedience to the Magisterium, can call it "false," if the Church has said it is "worthy of belief." Although demons cause us to sin, it's our participation that causes us to fall into sin. That's why temptations are not always sinful, but your indulgence to those behaviors are. According to Catholic theology, God has infused in all human beings' grace necessary for their salvation. It's your will to choose good or bad.

@@AlgyPugthere is plenty of testimony out there, believe it or don’t. But know this, none of us are worthy of Heaven, it’s only through Jesus that we are potentially granted to heaven. It’s up to us to repent. So, if you decide to ignore heaven and hell, then you will surely go to hell. One day, you will come face to face with God. I pray for you, I hope you will take a deep look into it and learn more, I know it’s in the back of your mind.
