This holy priest is in my diocese. I’ll never forget my first confession to him, he said, “you’re in trouble man.” He gave me a picture of hell. It woke me up and helped stopped my habitual sin and presumption of God’s mercy.

I remember my first confession. The priest sarcastically asked me " Are you even Catholic," I don't know was more horrified, him or me. Now that I think on it I; I don't think he even cared. He forgave, gave some minor penance,which I immediately performed and that was it, until confirmation. I should have been more dutiful.

Many priests appear to emphasize God's mercy, but forget to stress the great demand that comes with this Mercy. Ours is a God of justice as well and we need to be reminded of the danger of falling into presumption.

This world is our home for now! I have no plans of going to the moon! Moreover Jesus said that the meek will inherit the Earth in his sermon. So there is some value even to this temporary home of the flesh and Earth. "All life I mine"said God "you must be holy because I am holy" "you shall not cut yourselves or make any mark or harm your body " etc says the Bible. So although it is temporary it has some value which for us is obvious, since the Body is our capsule and the Earth is where God placed us. Even the stones are work of God and atomically they are mainly void space. So it is good to appreciate the gift of spiritual life but also physical although not long lasting and as crucial as the spirit and of the Earth which is not only fruit of God's work but also where God put us and our fellow human beings.

This jarring rudeness is the very essence of promotion. ...the very essence of Self-Promotion. ...do you see where I am going with this? The world's first Self Promoter did not care about God's proportions and harmony. -only to disrupt the symphony God had ordained throughout His universe. 7 (conclusion) It is by no means exaggeration to say that Rock n Roll is satanic in and of itself. We have all been basted in it since birth, and forest for the trees we hardly recognize it's darker aspects.. Knowing the fruit by the tree, it is well to reflect upon the things mentioned above, and recognize that we all have been woven into a web by our unguarded passions. ...such as music If we want to extracate ourselves from this web, we will do well by alienating ourselves from Rock n Roll . -just saying!
