As a close-in player, you don't need specific agents to get close, use what you got to get whatever distance you can by running with your flashes, sneaking with smokes and walls (any cover available to you), whatever mobility you have access to, or the situation that you are in. Use what you got and make the best out of it. Both you and the world are your weapons, use them and win.

Classic full util is statistically the Best Buy for pro play with ghost as second best and classic w/armor as worst. Id only really buy classic armor on omen and MAYBE viper. Ghost is definitely the safest bet for ranked but full util is very strong on most agents

Statistics are hard to draw accurate conclusions from in this case, because the most prevalent buy is also classic armor, so naturally it will always lie very close to/worse than average. Also, ghost + armor is a thing and classic full util is probably conflated with that, which could cause decent variance!

What you’re not factoring in for your ghost classic comparison is once you take any bit of chip the ghost is instantly better (plus the faster fire rate, bigger mag, better accuracy, and smoke spam) Ghost>classic in most situations unless you wanna buy full util
