This judge may have brought some stability but he doesn’t seem to allow the rebuttal of witness testimony by the defence team, or just the testing of the evidence, it seems like to him what the witnesses testified in court is actually the truth and nothing else matters! He sometimes goes as far as assisting the witnesses like Mshololo intelligently said without ruffling his feathers when she told the witness that he didn’t remember what he previously said about the hat until the judge assisted him! He even exposes what the defence lawyers are insinuating by asking certain questions, eg he decided to directly asked the witness a leading question by asking if they conspired to commit a crime when the defence lawyer was only asking questions that suggested that without stating that directly; by giving away what the question suggested to the client he helped direct the client in his answering! Defence must prepare for appeal already!

I like the way South Africa are allowed to air live high criminal cases on television, in Kenya our mainstream media rather talk politics the whole day, the whole nights than gives the wide range of state of affairs. The only time the media aired live court proceed is during Presidential Election petition. There are so many high profile criminal cases that hit headlines but unfortunately after appearing twice in court the News now becomes the miscellaneous News, maybe if you followed in News paper. Most of this cases ended up disappearing in the middle of nowhere. Police in Kenya are the biggest problem we have especially in high profile murder cases, they will present their case that will end up in mistrial or dismissal due to lack of enough evidence or failure on prosecution to convince the court beyond all reasonable doubt that the accused person is guilty as charged. In Kenya only poor and naive ended up in jail most for crime they didn't commit.

How can he be in Kzn and Jhb at same time? Also that they proposed to offer them 3mil for his son to say he was the one who shot Senzo. 3.
