My father in law was murdered the way my mother in law was crying , on the funeral day she collapsed, after 9 months after the death of her hubby she was arrested for the for hiring hitmen to kill my father in law. We were up in arms getting lawyers for her because we believed ukuthi bayamsukela until she was sentenced to life, we tried to appeal, for almost 7 years after she was sentenced. Guess what!! 10 years into her sentenced she confessed to her children that indeed she is the one who hired the hitmen to delete her hubby. Inasmuch as I believe that they are a lot of people who are sentenced for crimes they never committed

No it's not, but remember the accussed in court need to prove their innocence, by bring forward evidence brought against them. If you remember the accused said they do not know each other, that is why Baloyi is bringing forward the evidence that they know each other and have been calling each other, accussed number 5 deny being in the hostel with Zungu the Cell phone evidence proves that he was in Volso that why now they are denying their numbers, if you go back to the cellphone evidence you will know that some of these numbers they are denying they provided the bank and account store when opening accounts
