This doesn't make sense, help me if you may. So Sibiya was arrested in Tembisa and brought to Alberton for a drug related case? Then he somehow decided to "voluntarily" confess for Senzo's murder crime. On what basis? Out of the blue he just wanted to confess on that crime? What did they have against him? What proof did they have at that moment that he was involved in that crime, coz he's finger prints/DNA was not found in the crime scene. Whu! Yaz I'm confused.

Basically he was not arrested for the murder but he was pointing out for it. He was never arrested or appear within 48hrs in front of a magistrate for that charge. There was no charge for murder but he pointed out 2 points. Should be more than 2 if he was pointing out for that. Where he was coming from, where he entered, where senzo was shot, where they escaped from and to where etc .lots to point. He didn't even make notes for the points. He said the notes were the proforma sheet.

Police can arrest you on a different charge and lie to you in order for you to end up conffesing to what they really wanted it's completely legal for cops to lie to you during interrogation which is why you must use your right to remain silent at all times even if you are innocent even if you are not under arrest the only time you are legally compelled to speak is if they ask for identification and residential address otherwise you just keep quiet. I hope I was able to clear up some confusion.

According to these witnesses who are police officials,the Accused were very much co operatve did thè point out and made confession. One wonders why did the Accused wait for approximately five years and did not voluntarily brought themselves to the police to report that they had murdered Senzo, but only revealed their involvement voluntarily when they were arrested. Hayi bo akungadlalwa ngomqondo wethu. The only logic is that they were assaulted and coerced to make such confession and pointing out. When the same judge rules against the state then its all smiles we quickly forget how "corrupt" he is. His courttroom is a consulting room for the defence and it's all fine. When Ntanzi claims he was at work on the 26th Oct and yet he checked out on the 25th, then somehow this is cooked evidence. They claim not to know Zungu and have never met him but when they show with him on a photograph then they claim he "doesn't even know himself". One of the suspects is arrested in a possesion of a gun that was found to have shot the victim back in 2015, then somehow it's cooked evidence. One of the suspects apparently called Kelly about twice but somehow it's cooked evidence. Photos taken during the session whereby one of the suspects is giving a confession statement are allowed as evidence and yet a voice recording is not allowed since they were not consulted and the irony is that all these are all digital information both recorded without consultation. Anyway maybe consistency is not so important and all that matters is rallying behind conspirancies without a shred of evidence.

Point of correction Zungu never seen on those photos but claimed he was there hence it's not him. Secondly the judge never ruled against the state but forced by law as they bridge the law and break the rights of the accused

I agree, the same state was blamed for not concluding this case on time, now they did something and we are now saying they received brown envelopes. Since we all know better let the state close this case and release those suspects back to the public and see what happens. All in all Senzo will never get justice they way things are unfolding.
