The reason Teffo makes these long rambling speeches that go on and on is that he does not know how to properly formulate proper cross examination questions. He is actually quite hopeless from a real lawyers perspective. I very much doubt he has trained or served pupillage at a proper Bar. He should be quieter and learn from the technique of the woman advocate next to him as she tries to run a proper case. Maybe he should also try read the Criminal Procedure Act sometime. Shameful.
