The crime scene is Holy Ground. All those people that contaminated the crime scene should be criminally charged. This case shows the dysfunctionality of the South African Police Service and the crisis we are in as a Nation.

Contamination of a scene of crime should be considered a crime - one must be charged especially in a closed place - there were no bystanders. The state cannot prove beyond reasonable doubt and therefore eyewitnesses should all be arrested especially in a home environment. They are the ones who should explain why they not guilty - when they have destroyed all the necessary evidence which ordinarily could have exonerated them - if they are not guilty as they claim...

Mosia knows nothing. He came after when everything was cleared. He was given the wrong address. So, Ndlovu is the mastermind who colluded with people inside the house.
