Ntanzis biggest problem is he went to far. It may be reasonable for the court to take his version that the police forced him to confess. Its not reasonable to say the a magistrate & a dentist & interpretors would lie & be part of the conspiracy. And he was never ever in the whole process by multiple law officers told his rights at every single occasion. If you are telling the court multiple lies you are an unreliable accused & nothing you say will be deemed truthful without corroborating hard evidence. Let the judge deliberate & tell us.

It's dynamics of investigation. at the time when the statement was made allegations were different was that of a hit. So as the investigation unfold new evidence comes out. So they is nothing wrong with that. Gininda is a professional. He aline his statement with what was happening at that time. He knew on those statements that the gun was not a revolver but a pistol but he was not going to state his view without the backup of 212 Affidavit from the ballistic so he sticks to what the ppl inside the house has observed. Should he stated on his Affidavit that it was a pistilol he should have bben in trouble now as he was not and expect in firearms. So the statement is in line with what was happening at that time Kelly was a suspect but after NPA decided not to prosecute 6 individual but 5. It was not his dicision but that of the NPA. So he is indeed an standout police dictedtive. not a street dictedtive. He know how the law is applied In all aspects.
