If there's something I've learned playing in orchestras is that musicians love to rush. The fact that they're keeping tempo without a director or metronome is prasieworthy.

Incredible! I just wish the camera had remained panned out the entire time, the choreography was meant to be viewed as a whole....they are like the water, the ocean waves as they move. So incredible what humans joined together in art can create, it's exponential...

I was stationed in Japan in the 1970s. I loved these drumming exhibitions. You FELT the drums with your whole body. Pay attention to their legs. Could you hold that stance for more than a minute without your leg muscles cramping up? These drummers are athletes.

These Japanese drummers worked with sticks like with the Japanese Tanto short swords, too professionally, like real Japanese samurai, or practicing Kendo, Kenjutsu. Their work shows a great concentration, a battle cry with Chi energy. All stances and body positions correspond to classical Japanese martial arts schools (jutsu). Great job! Thanks for the enjoyment! I like! Great work!

This was so utterly satisfying. The symmetry of it all, the synchronization, the crescendos and decrescendos like the waves of the sea, their perfect posture and choreography and their aesthetical fit bodies. I could have watched them until death do us part. I want to be there. It's like the embodiement of perfection.
