Absolutely. Google doesn't care if your content is AI or not. The only thing they care about is if it satisfies the user's search intent. If it's high quality, then they don't care if it's a human, a robot or even a dog writing it.

*Sites using AI to generate low quality content got hit by Google. It's not about if a site uses AI or not, it's about if the content is valuable for the end user. Google doesn't care if the content is generated by a human, a robot or a dog, as long as it satisfies the user's search intent. You can use AI to generate spammy content, but so can humans. It's about writing quality content, whether you use AI or a human to do so, Google doesn't care.
