Seon Ho was actually so emotional under his empty eyes.He really cared about his sword partner, Yeon and Hwi. He just wanted to have a free life. His heart is so broken.I think Bang won cared about Hwi,too. He just needed father's love.Maybe He wouldn't be heartless so much.

Its already on my list for so long but now decided to watch, the best historical drama for me.. next to scarlet and hwarang.. but this series i must say is one of the best series ive watched.. aside from i love woo do hwan so much.. the storyline were amazing, everything.. must watch.. im gonna recommend this to my friends who's also kdrama addict like me

I began this drama because of my man WDH, then YSJ's portrayal of Seo Hwi intrigued. But then there was Yi Bang-won, Jang Hyuk created such a complex and exciting character that he eclipsed the two leads with his undeniably powerful and dark energy. It's Bang-won's and Seo Hwi's relationship that is the most captivating for me. Fantastic drama series.

I really LOVE your song choices for these videos, they describe both plot & characters so well. I've never listened to them before but I've been obsessed after this and every time I listen I imagine these scenes and it's a whole other angsty experience which I love. These three characters are all so complex, conflicted, and tragic in their own ways and their interactions are just so heartbreaking to watch. That last scene where BangWon is crying while the song plays "only one will stand at the end of it all" gave me chills. Just amazing!
