We also do that raw beef with egg yolk in Czech Republic. We usually add garlic, onion, mustard, paprika and Worcester sauce 👍 Our meat texture is more fine texture almost like grinded. Try it with toast made on butter and have a large beer.

FRM GARP

Okay I have a question, do Koreans always drink Soju on every meal especially lunch and dinner? Damn I've always see Seounkyung and Jacob either drinking soju or beer in this vlogs. Gosh your liver guys LOL. And sorry but I can't take that raw beef and egg. Isn't that dangerous to eat or not? I'm actually surprised Jacob is not a picky eater and has been game on everything LOL.
@SeonkyoungLongest

Gracie C. Not every Korean drink on every meal. lol We looked like we did on the videos because most of the videos filmed on Jacob's weekend and we love to celebrate, paring food with drinks! :-) But no one can denied Korean do love drink...!!! lol Raw beef and egg is not dangerous to eat, I saw lots of other countries eat them raw as well. :-) Jacob had an "amazing eater" breed in him and I just opened it up!

I think I got salmonella just by watching you eat raw beef. I love your vlogs and cooking show. Just this raw beef thing makes me cringe

I think everyone who comments about this dish should be more culturally sensitive. just because it's not in your culture does not make it disgusting (referring to uttara sukari). You find other people's food disgusting, other people can say the same about yours too.

It's just a dish that is eaten. How to explain ''why'' ? It's not done just in Korea, by the way.

No, actually. If it is the right freshness it is quite good for you. It's chicken that you shouldn't eat raw.
