Russia are posting figures to IMF / World Bank on a percentage of the last 12 years ( negative growth) whereas everyone else is using just last years hence why they think its a larger GDP than others coming from a low baseline. IR currently at 21% which means that it is now the EMERGENCY rate, Chinese and Indian banks are now refusing to do any deals in the Ruble as payments are collapsing. Check the Key Figures and it shows a very dire story happening .. read them , you may learn something
