N Seoul Tower (Namsan Seoul Tower) offers good views of surrounding areas in Seoul. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes to enjoy the views from the base of the tower.
The views from outside are amazing, especially at night. We can see better views from outside than from inside Tower.
