If something doesn't taste how you like it then add something else to it # nothing to lose...if you do things straight away it saves you thinking about it # use brain for the more important things that do matter to you...when i applied this advice to my life, i couldn't believe how much freer, happier, my head hurting less etc cos i didn't have the task still in my head # more time for me things😊

8:13 You have a really nice desk setup there. It's efficient and attractive at the same time. I've never had salmon. Don't know what it tastes like at all. But you don't recommend your salmon dish? Nice city there. You're lucky it's raining. We're going through another heatwave here.

Definitely recommend salmon, just not with whatever dressing that was haha. Much better with soy sauce
