Blown away. Spectacular editing, poignant storytelling. I've always had a soft spot for Seph and esp. after watching CC clips. I particularly love Seph at 2:44 in your vid - so damn cool sexy, and seductive. Kadaj's tear always chokes me up no matter in what context I view it. Love your use of him to represent younger Seph. @sunwielder Okay, Sephiroth's mom, Lucrecia Crescent, married a man named Hojo, and she became pregnant with their son. Hojo wanted to experiment of Sephiroth by injecting cell samples from Jenova, onto a pregnant Lucrecia, who agreed to the experiment. When Lucrecia gave birth, Sephiroth was taken from her.

Ever since I first set eyes on Sephiroth, I've adored him. When I finally got to play FFVII ... well, my adoration for the character went deeper. This video and song captures what is going on in Spehiroth's mind perfectly. He's just as much a victim as Cloud, Zack, and the rest. He's not a monster though he lashes out as one. Definately on of the best Sephiroth tributes ever. ^_^

Personally I love the bit of audio before the song starts. It helps explain the story a bit more than most Sephy. tributes. The song was a wonderful choice as well and to be honest I love all of your Final Fantasy vids. ^_^

@Zabuzasgirl1 actually he lost because (if you're talking about advent) he just woke up from being dead for four years, lol. last time it took all eight characters who were very close to Clouds strength working together to defeat Sephiroth. If he had time to recoup before his battle with Cloud he could have one shot him haha. (that or turned him into a frog and then send a massive meteor down to crush him XP. (and if you want to see a bad guy win movie, try Mr. Brooks (my fav))Sephiroth Forever!

Kefka was the only villain in FF to succeed his plans. And about sephiroth ? Well, failed like ohter villain, but had a cool style and story about him(like all FF7 characters).

He is, as far as I know, the one character who is an enemy, who u just never get to kill and who you just love regardless his mental break-down. Woah, look at Sephiroth's eyes at 1:47. He looks so joyful and childishly innocent, which is pretty much the opposite of what he's known for. I find this expression quite meaningful for some reason.

Awesome AMV! I didn't listen to the song for it BUT I DID use Bring Me To Life for it. I'm currently new to the FF franchise and I JUST picked up Sephiroth for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and I'm having a BLAST with him as my new 2021 main more than with Joker who I ditched for the one-winged angel in December 2020 as soon as he showed up for Ultimate. Sephiroth is THE best Christmas present I've ever gotten and I'm truly blessed by his presence since I got him on Sunday, December 20th, 2020 after seeing his reveal trailer and completing the Sephiroth Challenge on all three difficulties {Very Hard, Normal and Easy}, with heavyweight Bowser. Yes, I did the difficulty levels BACKWARDS, starting with Very Hard then doing Normal and saving Easy for last.

This was made before FFACC, yet it still holds it's ground without using the new, extended fight between Sephiroth and Cloud. It doesn't need it, the song you chose fits well, your effects aren't over done, etc. I'm interested to see what you could do in a new Sephiroth AMV with your imagination and the few new clips of him to use.

@McScreamo Sephiroth bring meteor to the planet and geostigma(FF7AC) and that sick is killing the humans during the movie. Sephiroth down with shinra corporation who have controlled the planet in FF7. FF AC7 you can see all the chaos about sephiroth and the shinra remains. I keep thinking about W/E, I don't know why kefka's fanboys looks a bit mad. I just don't Understand the ' logic ' , Kefka had 6 wings, so he's better. @anime98FAN actually you need to play Crisis Core...or play it again, whichever. after the reactor incident cloud and zach are BOTH subjected to Hojo's experiments on exposure to mako and jenova cells, thus the "mako eyes" that cloud does have in VII despite never being in SOLDIER...

@VMarron Yes, Sephiroth is awesome. But he has one major weakness; arrogance. He rarely actually tries cus he just assumes no one can beat him. For example, when he stabs Cloud in the shoulder, he could have just stabbed him straight though the head. The fact that he wanted to taunt him before death is his weakness.

I'm just honest :) I love your video so much. I've always been a big fan of Sephiroth but not one of the kind who just goes "OMG it's Sephiroth! He's so cool and such a bishonen!" blah. Of course he's pretty and awsome but you just have to look deeper and you'll find a broken hero, misused, lonely and confused. All in all a very tragic and complex character who would have deserved a better life. I love him. And I love you for making such a wonderful video. Ok, I'm quiet now XD
