We’re roughly the same age (35 in June) and honestly I feel the same. I started to gray a few years ago and… 🤷🏻‍♀️ it’s kinda nice, to see and feel all the different stages of life. I too, could do without the aches though ❤. Love your work and this is an odd compliment but I think your eye shape and lid space is to die for.

Don’t put the retinol anywhere near your under eyes! I found it dries them out and makes wrinkles appear…once you hydrate it before hand and an occlusive after, the wrinkles disappear after a few days. Did for me anyways :) try it!❤ I know you recently started using retinol so could be a consideration

I try to never go around my eyes with the Retinol. Maybe I’ll be more careful next time!

Maybe I am bias because I am 45 and more old school, but Nars kicks @$$ with the eyeshadows because of their quality but also beginner friendly as well! Those of us who have thought we could never pull off stunning looks, using ND and Nars, and some of the PML, makes us feel like artists! Until we pull out other brands that remind us that we are not LOL

Thank you for going out of your comfort zone because I went ahead and got the shimmer rose too now and the Gucci balm and the lip liner trio! Even though I said I wouldn’t buy anymore lip products until I decluttered my collection😂but I know I will use all of these and you need the beige Dior maximizer I purchased when it first came out and I LOVE it, beautiful color. What eye brightener do you use or recommend for your lower waterline I purchased the melt one and it literally melted off my eye as I applied the other eye. It was crazy. Never had a liner disappear that fast in my life.

I use the tarte one! It’s amazing! And the victoria beckham one! Also, I ALMOST picked the beige color from the Dior! It was between that one or the rose one😂 It will soon be in my collection!!

I hear ya with the body aches! I've been lifting heavy animals up and down for 20+ years and few weeks back I leaned over to move a pair of shoes here at home and threw my back completely out! Even though I only got to try it in for a color match real quick before work ( the guerlan foundation ) it is beautiful, it went on so perfect and smooth without a primer, If I love it that much with nothing else on I know I’m going to be obsessed. The neutral did seem to be okay, I’m a cool undertone but it matched me to 3.5N and went with 3N. I guess it has something in it that color codes to your skin hmm LOVE IT !!

I agree with you about the Rephr brushes they are the best. I added 13 more for my sensitive mature skin. I received the Tom Ford Hazy Sensuality and the Chanel Pink/lavender quads yesterday. I am not sure I need another pink palette. The NARS looks very appealing after see it on your eyes. I will in the City next week I will have check it out in store. Thank you for the tips and tricks.

Loved everything 💕 You should try the Rodial Glass Powder under your eyes, it’s beautiful blurring and smoothing. I have fine lines under my eyes and this powder it’s perfection under the eyes. I love it more than the Givenchy powder. Hope you try it out ❤

I wonder why the Caliray palette doesn't have a mirror 🤔? It looks as though the lid has been hollowed out specifically for a mirror. Very odd. As my dad died at 50 and my mum at 60 years, my outlook is much the same as yours - every birthday is a blessing, not a right. Love you so much, 💗🌟💗🌟💗🌟💗

I definitely appreciate the bamboo case of the Caliray palette and think ALL companies should follow suit with recyclable packaging. (All our used up cases are laying in the ground.) But, $48??!! The colors are so pretty but there aren’t enough to warrant the price, plus no mirror! I think it’s a palette I would really like for $25, not $48. The wooden-type case is appealing to me.

Turned out that 0.5W was the right shade. Their shades are not the best. There is a huge jump in the lightest shades and it gets deep quite quickly. Also… alcohol is listed as the third ingredient. Have you noticed any drying of your skin or dehydration?? If you’re wearing this foundation often. I have dry skin and that is a concern.

Not sure what Caliray was thinking. So very unappealing to me. No mirror, small oddly shaped pans, the high price for what you are getting and finally, shades that likely won't work well on tan skin. THe bamboo packaging and small size for travel is the only thing that I would be happy with. I love face palettes so I hope other companies make a similar packaging for different skin tones and add a mirror... then I'll consider purchasing.
