Thanks for the video; Though I am having a hard time finding the Nutrafol in Canada. Neither Sephora or Shoppers Drug Mart carries the brand. I will def check out that sunscreen

Just wondering what your thoughts are on using an AHA/BHA like IT cosmetics Bye Bye Breakouts before vitamin C. I heard it can help the Vitamin c penetrate the skin better, but I do wonder about it after you mentioned changing the PH of your skin before (like with Tower 28). Thoughts?

It can be may cause irritation! Yes def wait for sometime after using tower28 spray

I keep putting the Glow Recipe cloudberry essence and guava vitamin C serum in my Sephora cart and then taking them out again cuz there are just so much cheaper k-beauty products with similar properties (e.g. numbuzin no. 5+ toner and serum), but the high CoQ10 content and the 5x vitamin C derivatives are just so tempting 😍😭
