I think you asked a little while ago about other video topics, and I always enjoy hearing your insightful and considered explanations of game settings and stories. Love these videos. Where did you learn Japanese?

Mainly by playing games in Japanese and checking every new word from dictionary to slowly build up my vocabulary. At first I used some random sources online to learn hiragana, katakana and basic grammar, but after that I've mainly just translated text in games. That's how I learned English as a kid and same seems to work with Japanese as well, because motivation is most important thing for me with learning and understanding games gives me motivation.
