Hard to believe those Kawasaki LRV's are turning 40 years old this year, I guess no word on replacments yet, must be hard to find parts for them huh
@DashTransit3 жыл бұрын
Well at this point, these cars run themselves. Kawasaki still exists as well so it's actually easier to find or even make parts for these cars. They're 40, but they don't feel 40.

Yep,there’s replacements in the pipeline,but they’re not the traditional trolley design,they’re more along the lines of European Trams style…

Awesome content 👏 & btw what is lucy? Is it a private bus company by septa?
@GamerRobYT3 жыл бұрын
lucy is another route by septa like boulevard direct, it loops through university city
@DashTransit3 жыл бұрын
Loop through University CitY, aka LUCY, is a series of routes that operate for SEPTA and is paid for by the University City district. It has specially branded buses that wear a green and gold stripe instead of the traditional red and blue. As Gamer Rob said, LUCY routes (Green Loop and Gold Loop) operate in loops around University City.
