Recently moving to PA, I now rely on the SEPTA Media Trolley to get around my area and one of the nearby station is only within walking distance from my front door. I got out there and filmed trolleys all day long when I had nothing else better to do honestly.
The 101 Media Trolley has interurban roots, hence why the line resembles more of Regional Rail line than a trolley line. Make no mistake though, every 20-30 Minutes, a big white trolley pulls into Drexelbrook station puting regional rail to shame in frequency. This was part of the infamous Red Arrow Lines interurban empire which included this line, the Sharon Hill Trolley, the now-defunct Ardmore & West Chester Trolleys, and the Norristown High-Speed Line (aka the P&W). Red Arrow Y Bus (Now the SEPTA 111 Bus) also runs hourly nearby offering a second way to 69th Street. However if you want Media, you have to transfer for the 110 Bus at Marple Crossroads.
