Sir I'm having a large septal perforation of 1-1.5inches. I'm having a treatment with senior ent dr from max hospital and he said it can't be closed through surgery. And I'm also having atrophic rhinitis. So is there any hope? I'm so frustrated. Plz help

Sir now I got to know that I don't have atrophic rhinitis. But having large perforation of 1 - 1.5 inches and I've been to some big famous doctors throughout Delhi and all of them have said no to the surgery. Now I'm left with a half nose with 24 × 7 pain, discomfort, itching and feeling pressure as the nose has started saddle deformity.. Where should I go for the permanent treatment?
