That would be sextuplet brothers to be precise. CORRECTION: Septuplets Six brothers means 7 in total. Just seeing this for the first time, really cool! I wish more people did this style of overlaying all the different parts on one instrument. I can just imagine trying a song using this on Tenor sax.
