It's turning very autumnal in my part of the world, which means that in the past week, I've bern reunited with 3 lip balms I thought were lost, but were actually just waiting to be rediscovered in my coat and jacket pockets!

I found my Clinique Bamboo Pink lipstick! ...after I repurchased it of course..of course!!! I am loving the colour and the finish of it...I hve nothing else like it in my honestly overly large collection...and now I have two 🤷‍♀ In other makeup woe...I was wondering how on earth my eye pencil was just seemingly neverending...then I tidied up....and found I have two of them that I had been interchanging unknowingly. They are both down to little more than nubs the tricksy little stix! 🤣

I'm always losing lipsticks I'm panning. Usually they turn up in a coat pocket or bag. One I thought was gone for good I found last week in the pocket of a skirt I only wear in the winter. It had been missing since February! Another turned up in my washing machine. I had to bin it as it stank 🤢 You inspired me to start panning at the beginning of this year. It's so much fun and I've used up a lot of makeup this year. Thank you 🙂

I finished one of my Urban Decay eyeliners and replaced it with another, same brand, same color. Otherwise just trucking along. Also finished a few perfume samples I was working on. I think my nail polish spree is finally over, I'm back to feeling bored even with indie releases. Now I can just work on enjoying what I have, works for me!

That cc cream is literally my perfect colour match- I've never found anything close lol I've gone through about 5 tubes so far, its fascinating how different people's tones are :)

Same problem with gray shade I had with Missha bb cream (nr 21, light beige), I guess the lights in drugstore made me think it's better shade match. But I was able to use it up by mixing it with other foundation, because that bb cream was amazing and I am not bb creams fan tbh. I would rebuy it sometime but I would buy the shade 25, it looks warmer.

@jelena1172 as a photographer, light makes a big difference. Drugstore lighting leans cooler, and Sephora uses very flattering light. If I swatch a product in a store, I try to go out in daylight to get a better idea of how it performs in different lighting.

Omg i got a 2g sample of the glowy LM powder and have been using it as a loose highlight and it is taking forever to finish! Imagine a whole jar! You're going into summer so maybe you can mix in some in some lotion you wanna finish

I didn't technically finish any makeup, but I did throw out a few things. I got rid of a mascara sample because it was old and I also used it while I was sick. I tossed out an ABH Dipbrow Gel because it was old. I got rid of my Jouer highlighter because it broke a few times and I don't use it anyway, and I also got rid of my Nars cream bronzer because I don't like the tone on me (it pulls a bit too warm) so I don't use it much (and I don't know how to sanitise cream products and neither my mum nor my sister use bronzer). At the moment, since I rarely do a full face and mostly just do eyes and lips when I wear makeup, I'm just trying to get more use from my Urban Decay Naked 3 before I retire it at the end of the year, and then my Naked Heat before I retire it in March (Naked Heat might get repurchased, though).

Thanks for the video, what a treat to sit down after dinner to watch. 🍷🌷 I panned Tatcha Eye Serum, Algenist eye cream mini, one Chantecaille mini face cream, a Koh Gen Do cream blush that oxidized on me after I scraped the sides of the pan. I started panning the Lys foundation along with you, and also Sarah Rose just started using it. I really hate it, but your panning is at least getting me to use more of it. It shows all my skin texture and lines, sits in my pores like dots, and makes my face look shiny. I don't think I can powder it, due to my age, without looking cakey. Only got through maybe a fifth of it since it's been too hot for foundation yet. Gonna just aim for half-gone unless I csn find some way to make it look better.

I finished a laneige lip sleeping mask in berry, a japanese face cream (I've been using liberally) and then bought that huda tint bc of your rec, but there are so many foundations I have been tempted by recently it's hard haha.

I binned the telescopic mascara, hated the formula. Was so stiff on my lashes and with sensitive eyes I could not handle the feeling. Panned 1 ordinary matrixyl serum. Getting close on my day cream and night cream. Panned a body fragrance. Working on a lush one next-Lord of Misrule. A fave scent honestly. Panned 1 lipbalm.

Update I found them, foundation fell in sock drawer. The nail polish top/base coat blended with the rest of my nail polish. I usually keep it separate in a little bag

I have lost an hourglass confession lipstick. Was so close and loved it for our winter but can’t find it after changing bags. Maybe it will show. But it did smell like crayons so also no biggie.

Pro tip, you can make your loose powder go faster by using it as a dry shampoo! Just avoid your hair part and it'll work like a charm 😃

I’m still loving the Purito… my two favourite foundations are Prairie Caviar and the Purito. Both look identical on me and both gets comments. One is around $300 and the other I get on spesh from yes style sometimes as low as $13! Funny. I have dry skin though unlike you and grey suits me perfectly. Everything usually looks orange on me…..

I've spent $400+ on beauty this month and HG Dragon is sitting in my cart 'cos I'll miss it at Mecca and it's $180 and I don't want to buy it but 30 seconds of weakness is all it takes. I was so good and then collapse. Illness + Insomnia = online shopping. I've lost 2 pairs of sunglasses in the past 2 months. I never lose sunglasses. Two is unheard of. I think my neighbour is stealing things if the screen door is unlocked. I've lost 2 Paula's Choice sunscreens somehow too. I've also lost my Purito 13N but that's OK, it was like putting on dark golden ganache on my face...but the fact that's also gone is making me sus.

OK fragrance oddballs (I don't get you), if you're Beauty Loop 3 they're giving away 2 different brands fragrance sampler sets. I just don't care that much I'm not sure if I'll bother. I might get the Smashbox green primer mini to try to qualify and then just never use the perfumes and let them sit there and think of you all hehe.
