September Dry Fly Fishing in Devon, UK - River Exe

At last the River Exe has had some rain and after letting the colour wash through the conditions were perfect for dry fly fishing for the beautiful wild brown trout.
Also revealing my plans for my upcoming fly fishing trip to Dartmoor that will entail lots of walking and wild camping!

@@WestCountryAngler Cumbria was nice only managed 1 fish but it was a 5lb 9oz sea trout so was happy with that.

Good stuff. Properly jealous of your Dartmoor plans. I try and get out there for walking and camping a couple of times each year. Having really gotten in to my fly fishing this year, I really wanted to do a Dartmoor stream fly weekend. But, it was too warm, then other stuff got in the way, now probably left it too late. Bums.
