Sandra I'm all about Burberry shadows, I bought more of the cream shadows and that Pink Heather is beautiful and I bought it because of you. I now own Dusty Pink and Dusty Mauve as well. You're so right about the KA, I tried it different ways and it never looked good on me.

Finally picked up Burberry pink heather and LOVE IT, both the color and formula are awesome! The MUFE artist shadow (I-544 pink granite) is similar if you're interested!

Yay!! Glad you like it. I've always been wanting to try those MUFE shadows but am overwhelmed by the color selection haha what are some of your faves?

+ttsandra -- All the mattes in this line are phenomenal, but other than that I-538, I-550, ME-658, I-606, and S602 are some of my faves! they have a few palettes out now too; may be a less overwhelming option! I wish they had them when I got mine; then I wouldn't feel like I need them all! :)

More Dena please! I'm also a huge fan of the L'Oreal Infallible Pro Matte. I think it's comparable to the MUFE Velvet Mat Plus. I can't believe it's from the drugstore!

+molly44 Ive never tried the MUFE but I am perfectly happy with the L'oreal. agreed that it performs like a high end foundation for the same purpose. I also love the Covergirl Ready Set Gorgeous!

love the loreal foundation but i agree about the colours, the australian version of "vanilla" is so pink but its the closest to my skin tone! what yellow foundation do you mix in with it? love your background as well :)

+leesha w I mix it with the EX1 foundation in the shade 200. that whole brand only makes foundation for yellow/olive undertones so it's great to mix in. I also use Dior Nude Serum foundation in shade 21 to mix sometimes, or Smashbox Studio Skin in 2.3

I love Shiseido cleansers but I balk at paying $40 CND...its steep! I just picked up the Aveeno daily brightening foaming cleanser and so far I like it....but nothing truly compare to the Shiseido

Great video as always! Since you're talking about highlighting and contour and how it's important for photography, if you can/have time to film one, can you please do a makeup tutorial for photography sessions? I would love to know what your go-to products are if you know you will be photographed. I have an engagement photo shoot on Sat, Oct. 10, and I plan to do my own makeup. Lots of tutorials on YT for sure, but would love to see your take on it! Thank you as always! Have a great day! :)

+Tina S I think the main things I do differently for a special occasion/photograph heavy event is contour (with either a cream contour like the Estee Lauder Extra Dimension palette I used in my white labor day get ready with me video) or for powder contour I like Burberry Earthy. I don't use a highlighter that's too shimmery since that can make me look more oily. something like the Hourglass ambient light powders (incandescent or dim) give a nice subtle highlight that looks good on camera. I always use a matte bronzer (too faced milk chocolate soleil) and a foundation with no SPF! the MUFE Ultra HD looks very nice on camera, as does By Terry Cover Expert if you're looking for more coverage. generally all the tutorials I do are film/photography friendly since I use bright studio lights or take photos in broad daylight for my blog.

I've also been disappointed with the Sensual Skin Enhancer. I read so many reviews basically describing it as the greatest concealer known to man, but I recently tried a sample and it seems pretty average to me...

Dena, use a Forea Luna and NOT a Clarisonic, that will change everything! No brusheads to replace, you can easily use it twice a days and your skin will thank you within 3 days! I have been using mine for a l little over 2 years (when they first came out) and they are wonderful!! They are also (as of September 2015!) NOW cruelty free, as they are NOT sold in CHINA!! Clarisonic is STILL sold in China, so it and its brusheads are NOT cruelty free! Your skin will make a 360. I promise you, and it's a minor investment in something that will likely last forever (and your skin WILL BE)! My skin looks 1000 times better than this 3 year old photo and I am older!!!!
