I must say August the month of August has been a game changer for me because I have started a new hobby like inculcating a new hobby in my life that is workout physical workout and also mindfulness like meditation. I am still yet to become a morning person but still whenever I wake up even if it is late afternoon I will follow my morning ritual like practicing mindfulness for at least three to four minutes and lifting weights at home for 20 times the test 20 reps per set. And I've been following only one set at a time, I mean day, it's been 30th August since I've become consistent with my workout routine, and believe me having a sedentary lifestyle in this earlier stage of life (20s) sucks so much man. I just didn't feel good at all about myself. And that is when I finally decided and made a mindset that I will start working out regularly and also will practice mindfulness every morning I wake up. Ever since then these two great have base have become a part of my daily life and I would like to thank all the influencers or youtubers I have been watching on social media who have encouraged me to to become a better version of myself each and every day with this amazing and beautiful habits😊❤.

Loved this video! I am starting my dreamjob tomorrow, so I am very excited. My goals: * Making smores in the cold September air * daily 15 minute workout * (I have bought 5 books, I am so excited!) read. Just read a lot. This kind of clashes with the specific books I picked for September, but, oh well, I want to read my new books * Go play pool with friends * Buy a bottle of Jack Daniels and drink it with tea onc the weather gets colder * Start a crocheting project (assuming it will get colder, cause I refuse to do this when its still over 20 degrees :)

Happy Belated Birthday. We share a birthday month. My birthday was Aug.25. I am glad that you are doing well and that you are healthy and safe. I started to follow you on Fable. I am really wanting to get into reading this Fall. I am easing my way back into reading. I love fall as well, Fall and Summer are my favorite seasons. I achieved most of my Aug. Goals. I had problems wirh a lot of nose bleeding when I was younger and had to have my nostrils burnt. It has been just a few nose bleeds since then.
