I also did not receive the candle in the September Owlcrate and at first I thought maybe it happened on purpose because I'm German and international orders would get different items. But I wrote an e-mail to Owlcrate and now the candle is on its way and I'm reall happy with that. The Owlcrate customer's service is perfect :)
