Bunny was also a 5⭐ for me on the first read and re-read. On the second read I annotated and discovered some deeper elements I had initially missed. I think I may do a re-read annually.. I feel I will get more out of it each time. Truly amazing that a book can do that. Mona, my dear, you are an undeniable genius!

I love seeing a fellow autistic bookish fan, I'm also self diagnosed so far. I've really enjoyed previous Matt Haig books, so I can't wait even more to read this one! And the fact he's autistic makes sense in terms of his commenting human behavior and, unfortunately, in terms of sometimes feeling nothing makes sense in this life.

I love to hear that! I want to get an assessment but it’s so expensive and the diagnosis isn’t covered by insurance. I haven’t found anything for less than a grand and I can’t rationalize it. One day… 😌

for Folk Horror, I really liked Lost in the Garden by Adam S. Leslie. Perfect read for when it's hot, if you're a seasonal reader. Kinda trippy.. weird people.. mysterious something happening... 😊

🐇🐰 Great month! I think Woodworm by Layla Martínez might be a kind of weird you enjoy.
