Not scrolling on the instagram is the new cool I guess. That platform is getting very toxic on many levels. Also the AI is not helping because you tend to absorb all kinds of information which you don’t even want to know. I am not using instagram since 2.5 months and trust me you start feeling at peace. Where you are not running for validation or to share every aspect your life with other and being content with yourself. Now it is becoming a point in self love list. I hope people atleast try and see the change.
