She fucked up with the nanoblur too. You need a PEA sized amount (or less) and gently pat it in without overworking it. I'm a pro mua myself for film/tv, if the Euphoria MUAs are using this, with all their Emmy noms, it freakin works. This chick just doesn't read instructions 💀

This is exactly what tik tokers do with makeup products. They just put a huge amount on their face for the video, then I am sure they remove it and put the actual amount needed to make the product work. Its just to make the video more interesting I guess but she obviously takes this to a literal technique on how to apply.

Same, I was thinking exactly the same, I'd say that application was quite careless, like who squeeze a primer like that directly onto face, there is zero control with such application, no wonder it came too much, you need the tinest bit of it. She looked like one of those insta influensers with unrealistic application technics just to go viral.....🤦😒

Dear Beauty Insider, Please stop dripping/squeezing/pumping products directly on the face. This should never be a way to apply makeup or skincare! People who are new to beauty will not know this and therefore, will assume that this is a correct method of application. Not only will this method lead to a lot of product waste, but the product won't set or layer correctly with anything else you put on top of it (i.e. the primer in this instance). In my opinion, allegedly...🤷‍♀️

@@Bethanywi Yes most definitely! Start off with a little at a time and go from there. If using a pump, 2 or 3 will do. For a dropper, I'd say 1/2 to a full dropper (depending on the consistency of the product). If your moisturizer is in a jar, dot like a pea to a dime size amount on cheeks, forehead and chin. Rub the moisturizer in and apply another layer if needed. Hope this helps!😊

I bought that Nanoblur thinking it was gonna be the answer to my prayers and it was the weirdest product I've ever tried. First, I tried it directly on my skin and put foundation over it and that was a big NO. It was the strangest finish. Almost like it looks hard or something like you could tap on your face and it would sound plastic and you cannot put makeup on top of it. It just smears around and looks gloppy. Then, I tried the opposite and that was ok, but it gave my skin a sort of whitish gray cast to it. Last and least, I thought I would mix the two like I often do with primers and it will not combine. It's like oil and water...if you miss it enough the two combine only to separate again 2 seconds later. I wouldn't waste your money.

She used waaaaay too much! It doesn't actually look like that if used correctly. Product should never be dripped/pumped/squeezed directly on the face for this very reason. Too much product being used, which leads to it not setting correctly and product waste. She was supposed to only use a dime size amount, she used like a buck so this is why she got this insane white cast.

I just got a full size black honey and a trial.size. not easy to find but it's out there. About Face is such a fun brand they make awesome stuff. Good job Halls. Also, you used way too much foaming primer. That stuff is awesome but just a little much isn't gonna do anyone any favors.
