I’ve seen A Broken Blade all over my goodreads recently & have been super excited to check it out, I’m sorry that one didn’t work out for you 😭😭 also, have never really been intrested in Birthday Girl as age gap romances aren’t really for me…. but the way you just sold me on that book!!! My best book of September HAS to be Queen of Shadows, making my way through another reread and that book is just beyond words, it’s so perfect I could cry 👻

So excited to see you continue to read red rising! Morning star is like a finale to part of the story? Like that trilogy can completely work as a standalone and you can leave it there. I think of the next books as more a continuation of the same story... like what happens years after a revolution occurs and what does the world look like after. The first book feels very different from the original trilogy in my opinion... but the second two installments are honestly my favorite in the series!

You're so right about this series! It's the best! OMG I LOVE IT SO MUCH!!! 🧡🖤 I want to read Kingdom of Ash like ASAP- but I also dont want it to end!!! UGH!!! 😭🙈💔 So I'm just going to take a mini break and pick up a book or 2 for now until I'm ready...👻🍂🎃🍁
