Septic System Repair - Distribution Box Temporary Repair

This is a video about how to temporarily repair a concrete distribution box. It is not uncommon for a concrete distribution box top (and sides) to crumble and cave-in. This is because of the harsh environment of the effluent that enters the distribution box from the septic tank.
When the top or sides cave-in, that allows dirt to enter the distributor pipes exiting the distribution box. They clog up and are not able to distribute the effluent to leachfield creating a back up in your septic system.
This type of temporary repair can buy you months or a year or so until you are able to make a more permanent repair.
